2020 Farm to Fork "At Home" Edition

Join us for the 6th Annual Farm to Fork “At Home” Edition & Online Auction on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 6:00pm

We present to you a streaming cooking experience with expert Home Chef Neal Bell in your very own home. Enjoy the company of local artists, business owners, and your friends at the Licking Land Trust. 

A meal kit with exquisite ingredients will be delivered to your home through no-contact delivery by the Licking Land Trust board members and staff. Tune in on September 12 at 6:00pm for the program where we will cook together, led by Neal Bell, founder of Maamos Kitchen, and share features of locals artisans and special messages from our board members and friends. 

What is on the menu for the evening?

FALL SALAD - Organic Spinach/Arugula mix with roasted beets and butternut squash, sliced Bosc pears, candied pecans and apple cider vinaigrette

ZUCCHINI/SWEET CORN RISOTTO - Creamy Arborio rice, with diced zucchini, leeks, late season sweet corn and Parmesan cheese

Your choice: Boneless skinless chicken breast, hickory smoked sausage, shrimp, or mushrooms (vegetarian add-on)

SWEET FINISH - gluten-free baked treat!

The online Silent Auction will open for bidding on September 6 and close at 10am on September 13. Have fun browsing and bidding on items featuring local artisans, gifts, and experiences. All winning bids and donations will support the preservation of our rich agricultural lands and beautiful landscape in Licking County.
